Wayne Community College strives to meet the needs of students, the community, and local business and industry. To most effectively meet these needs, we must plan for the future by assessing the College's role in the community. SWOT analysis is a framework for identifying and analyzing the internal and external factors that can have an impact on the viability of the institution. WCC is conducting a SWOT analysis as part of the College’s strategic planning. A SWOT analysis examines four elements: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
