This course is designed to prepare future real estate brokers to act in a manner that protects and serves the public interest.  It's also intended to prepare students to take the two-part licensing exam required to become a North Carolina provisional real estate broker.

Developing and following a routine, disciplined home study schedule will be critical to student success during this course. Successful, past students report investing 20+ hours per week (outside the classroom) to complete study assignments, self-quizzes, and practice exams during the course timeline.

There are other requirements beyond passing this course and required examinations to become a real estate broker in North Carolina. These are described in the first module of the course.
